We have some incredibly exciting news to share. Reapit has officially designated Fixflo as a Strategic Partner.

While our two platforms have integrated for years, this new status is a massive milestone. It reflects the sheer maturity of our joint integration and the scale of our shared customer base. For property managers, it means a deeper commitment to making your daily workflows seamless, efficient, and entirely automated.

Here is a look at what this partnership delivers today, what we’ve recently shipped based on your feedback, and where we are heading next.

What Fixflo’s strategic partnership with Reapit means for property managers

Two systems, one single source of truth

At its core, the Fixflo and Reapit integration ensures your agency’s system of record (Reapit) stays perfectly aligned with your specialist repairs, maintenance, and compliance platform (Fixflo).

Instead of jumping between tabs and duplicating data, property managers can run the entire repair lifecycle in Fixflo while everything syncs flawlessly in the background.

  • Daily two-way sync: Properties, landlords, tenants, agents, and contractors are automatically kept up to date across both platforms.
  • Seamless works orders: Repairs raised in Fixflo push straight through to Reapit as works orders.
  • Compliance and maintenance: Planned maintenance and crucial compliance certificates (such as Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC) flow both ways seamlessly.
  • Financial alignment: Approved invoices post directly to the correct ledger in Reapit.

Customers using Fixflo report managing approximately 35% more properties without adding to their workload. It’s all about eliminating the tasks you used to have to do twice.

What’s new

This Strategic Partnership is an active commitment to product development driven directly by customer feedback. Over the last six months, we have rolled out a series of powerful integration enhancements designed to solve your everyday friction points.

1. Reserved Funds

This was the single most-requested feature from Reapit customers, and it is now live.

Previously, agencies had to manually reserve funds before instructing contractors on higher-value works. Now, when a Works Authorisation Limit is set on a Fixflo job, the integration automatically posts that amount to Reapit as a held reserve on the landlord’s ledger. The held amount then updates dynamically as the issue status changes, removing a major manual step from your day.

2. Three more customer-led improvements

We’ve also swept up several operational headaches based on what you told us you needed:

  • Large file uploads: Documents between 6MB and 30MB now sync successfully into Reapit, ensuring your audit trail remains completely unbroken.
  • International landlord support: Non-UK landlords and records with incomplete postcode data now sync correctly, eliminating frustrating workarounds.
  • Smart tenancy reactivation: When a property reactivates in Fixflo on a new tenancy, the associated landlords and tenants reactivate right along with it, meaning they can log in, view issues, and approve works instantly.

Looking forward

As we look to the future, the alignment between Fixflo and Reapit runs even deeper, particularly when it comes to artificial intelligence.

Fixflo’s AI repairs assistant, Aidenn, sits at the front of your maintenance workflow to diagnose tenant-reported issues earlier and route them faster. This pairs naturally with Reapit’s own AI direction and their assistant, Ray.

With two AI assistants working from the exact same operational data—one optimising the agency core, and one streamlining the repairs workflow—property managers are backed by the smartest, most cohesive tech stack in the industry.

A note from our leadership

"Being named a Strategic Partner reflects where this integration has got to, not where it started," says George Okoronkwo, Head of Partnerships at Fixflo. "We’ve worked with Reapit for years, and the agencies running both platforms have shaped what we’ve built. The work we’ve shipped in the last six months, including Reserved Funds, came directly from what those customers asked for. That’s the bit we’ll keep protecting as the partnership goes further."
