All the tradespeople in our network are qualified, insured, and vetted. We do all the checking that’s necessary and track all the updates that are needed.

Tenants are called within 30 minutes of reporting the issue. If it is an emergency, a contractor will be onsite within four hours.

We help you input all your data into our system. When a certificate or report is due, the system automatically contacts a contractor. They will schedule the job at least two weeks before the due date. You receive all documentation in plenty of time. Your Fixflo system keeps an auditable record of everything that’s happening.
