With nearly 30 years of experience in software and SaaS, David Synott leads Fixflo's technology strategy, engineering excellence and platform innovation. Having guided teams through major technological and organisational change across multiple industries, he is focused on building scalable, reliable technology that helps customers streamline repairs and maintenance processes while delivering exceptional service.

Mark La Pensée oversees product strategy and innovation at Fixflo, bringing more than two decades of experience across telecoms, travel, public safety and PropTech. He specialises in turning complex industry challenges into practical digital solutions and is passionate about building products that simplify repairs management and create meaningful impact for customers.

Leading Fixflo's AI strategy and innovation agenda, Dr Mohammad Alomari drives the adoption of artificial intelligence across products, operations and customer experience. With around 20 years of experience spanning academia and industry, he has delivered AI-powered solutions across PropTech, legal technology, healthcare and energy management. Mohammad is a strong advocate for responsible AI and intelligent experiences that help customers work more efficiently and deliver better service outcomes.

Focused on accelerating growth and commercial performance, Milan Sud leads Fixflo's revenue strategy across sales, partnerships and customer acquisition.
