The News on the Block Property Management Awards are back for the seventh year! It’s rapidly become one of the most important dates in the calendar for the block management industry, like Christmas, Hanukkah and your birthday all rolled into one. This year they added five new awards including one that certainly piqued our interest: PropTech Company of the Year.

This brand new award celebrates companies that have made an outstanding contribution to the property industry through technology, and we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been nominated!

We’re in a strong group this year, but we're especially excited to be recognised as a leading block management technology company.

As Fixflo's Managing Director, Rajeev Nayyar enthuses:

“We couldn’t be more delighted to be nominated for this award (and the two others!). Fixflo was conceived to support the property industry through technology adoption and create a real impact. It’s fantastic to see this is being recognised. See you all on the night!”

It’s been a great award season for Fixflo so far, we’re also nominated for:

Innovator/Systems Provider of the Year at the Property Week Management All-Stars Awards. The award is aimed at companies that are using innovation to support the property management sector. Putting innovation at the heart of what they are doing, they are a real game changer in how services are delivered.

Supplier of the Year (Technology) – Apps at The Negotiator Awards.  This award is for companies using innovative technologies creating and supplying apps to add to an agency’s management software systems to address/improve particular processes and situations.

So hopefully we’ll have some impressive trophies to put up in  our trophy cabinet soon, wish us luck!
