Inventory firm No Letting Go's letting agent reporting software Kaptur is now integrated with Fixflo, in order to provide repairs and maintenance support to letting agents and tenants alike. The enhanced property management software solution allows Kaptur to quickly and easily transfer maintenance requests and repair reports directly to contractors. The synchronised flow of information also includes written details of the damage, key information such as model numbers of boilers, and photographs and images. On average, Fixflo helps save 30% of property managers' time in combating mundane and repetitive tasks, thereby allowing them to add value to their services and offerings where it matters more.

Kaptur is used by agents to combine the services of approved outsourced inventory companies and in-house clerks, providing reporting and real-time management. Users of Kaptur can generate professional inventories, including check-ins and check-outs, as well as bespoke inspection reports.

“We see our business as a solutions provider to help our clients reduce costs by developing better integrated systems. The partnership with Fixflo is a fantastic step forward on this journey,” says Nick Lyons, chief executive of No Letting Go and Kaptur.

Rajeev Nayyar, managing director of Fixflo, adds: “Given the ever-increasing demands on property managers, I’m delighted that we have been able to deliver a seamless approach between Fixflo and Kaptur that should make their days that much easier.

Kaptur is one of a many integration partners of Fixflo. If you have any questions about using the Fixflo-Kaptur integration, please get in touch and request a demo.
