Three block management professionals will explore issues critical to the future of the industry in our forthcoming webinar.
The live event in March will see industry leaders Nigel Glen (The Property Institute), Shelley Jacobs (Michael Laurie Magar Ltd), and Martin Perry, (West of England Estate Management Ltd.) discussing topics such as:
- Is the industry providing the support that agents need to thrive?
- Are management agreements clear enough to avoid conflict?
- How do you build and maintain good relationships with contractors?
Together, the panel will be exploring the problems block managers are facing every day when communicating with clients and stakeholders and how to overcome these through policies, best practice and guidance.
“Our workforce is suffering and diminishing. We are living through complex times, still recovering from the pandemic, escalating costs of living and ongoing industry specific challenges,” says Shelley Jacobs. “With increasing mental and physical health issues, we need to take action and provide better support for the wellbeing of our people. We need greater awareness and support for mental health, wellbeing programmes and improving leadership skills. These things are not ‘fluffy’. They are essential.”
The free, hour-long webinar is on Tuesday 21 March, at 11 AM. Anyone wishing to attend can register here.
