How to get started with David Phillips in the Contractor Marketplace

Step by step

1. On the reported issue, request a quote from David Phillips by clicking ‘Request Quotations’
2. Select the ‘David Phillips’ Contractor marketplace profile from the list of options. The issue will automatically move to the ‘quotes requested’ section.
3. Once David Phillips has provided a quote, you can send it to your landlord for approval, or approve it on their behalf within Fixflo by clicking the ‘Award job’ button and selecting ‘Instruct job’.
4. David Phillips will then contact the tenant to arrange a delivery date and time.
5. Once the item has been delivered and the work is marked ‘Job completed’, David Phillips will submit an invoice, accessible in the ‘Documents’ tab.
