Block management is an industry in flux - various legislative and political pressures have been placed on it, and it's difficult to see where it might go in the future.We were fortunate, therefore, to be able to host a dinner and debate in conjunction with News On The Block examining those questions - what was supposed to be an hour-and-a-half turned into three hours.
