Fixflo through its parent company, Aareon, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Help me Fix, a market-leading AI-native platform for repair diagnostics and video triage in the UK and provider of product Aidenn, to accelerate AI innovation in repairs and maintenance.

The acquisition comes after a highly successful partnership that demonstrated significant time and cost savings for property professionals.

This strategic acquisition, which marks the beginning of a strong AI journey for all products in the Aareon portfolio, including Fixflo, enhances Aareon’s AI offering with a proven AI assistant that combines agentic intelligence and real-time video diagnostics. Aidenn saves significant time for property managers, reduces environmental impact, and improves tenant satisfaction – across social housing, private residential, and homebuilding sectors.

Ettan Bazil, CEO and Founder of Help me Fix, said: "Joining the Aareon Group marks an exciting new chapter for the business. Aareon’s scale, vision and deep sector expertise make it the ideal partner to take our solutions to the next level, creating exciting possibilities - for our customers, for the housing sector and for how the entire industry approaches repairs and resident engagement.”

Rachael Baig, UK Managing Director of Aareon, added: “We’re pleased to welcome Help me Fix as part of our growth story, adding to our expanding suite of solutions. By embedding AI diagnostics and video triage into our products, we’re reinforcing our commitment to supporting housing providers optimise resources, improve service delivery, and place tenants at the heart of every interaction.”
