Don't worry, you'll receive training documentation to help you get started. This training course is delivered remotely via a video conference tool.
In a series of three 45-minute training sessions, you will have a dedicated Product Training Expert walk you through everything you need to know and become an expert user in the following areas:
- How to engage occupiers, landlords and contractors for key maintenance processes
- Managing the entire lifecycle of a repair request from triage to sourcing contractors to handling a supplier invoice
- Setting up a planned maintenance programme and setting recurring reminders [Fixflo Professional or Manager subscription required]
- How to automate repetitive tasks such as instructing the same contractor for similar types of repairs

Ideal for Senior Property Managers, Team Leads, Directors and any Fixflo user who wants to learn how the best senior leaders in property management companies use Fixflo, this express training course focuses on managerial features designed to support your property management strategy. In just a matter of hours, you will be able to start using Fixflo to enhance your property management services and empower your business growth. Worried you'll miss something crucial? Don't worry, you'll receive training documentation to help you embed these new habits. This training course is delivered remotely via a video conference tool.

Bespoke training session for a team
Ideal for a team of property managers who want to learn how best to use Fixflo for efficiency gains, ensuring compliance excellence and aligning on key processes in just one half-day or full-day session. You'll also receive training documentation to help you and your team stay on track. This training course is delivered remotely via a video conference tool. (Onsite training is available in mainland UK with additional travel costs.)
Your dedicated Product Training Expert will design a training plan that works best for you, your team and your unique property management processes. After your structured training, you can ask your trainer everything you need to know in a Q&A session to help you embed new workflows from day one. We'll even check in with you two to three weeks after to make sure everyone is using the new processes correctly, and fill in any gaps in your system knowledge.
£900 + VAT for up to 10 users in one half-day training session
£1,500 + VAT for up to 10 users in one full-day training session
Have a bigger team? We can have additional Trainers to support your session. Each additional learner can join at £90 + VAT for a half-day session and £150 for a full-day session.
