We asked eight sector experts from seven organisations for their thoughts on the report released by the Regulation of Property Agents working group. Chaired by Lord Best, the collective came up with recommendations on how mandatory licencing, training and regulation of estate agents, letting agents and managing agents should be executed.
The panel of experts were asked the following questions:

What do you think will be the impact on agency business models if certain tasks such as instructing contractors will only be able to be carried out by licenced property agents who have been appropriately trained?
