The GDPR comes into force across Europe on 25th May, and companies in all industries are unsure about whether they're compliant or not. With the penalties for non-compliance fairly severe, every business needs to be sure that it's compliant.
With this in mind, we have produced a GDPR Compliance Checklist for agencies to reference when it comes to compliance in terms of repairs and maintenance, but also in general terms. The more questions you can answer "yes" to, the more likely it is that you will be able to achieve and maintain compliant though, with multiple interpretations of compliance floating around, this is by no means a guarantee.
