All letting agents should be aware that they need to display all fees they charge landlords and tenants in a range of locations, but this can be easier said than done - it's easy for a particular task to slip through the cracks. If you are found to be in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, either knowingly or unknowingly, you could be fined up to £5,000.
