What to Expect from the Lettings Industry in 2018

With 2017 drawing to a close, it's time to take a look at what 2018 might hold. While every industry will experience change next year, the lettings industry could undergo more change than most. From developments at a governmental and legislative level to social and economic changes, this could be one of the most important years in the industry's recent history.

It's equally vital that you go into January 1st (or 2nd, because realistically nobody's working on New Year's Day) fully prepared for the next twelve months, with your agency and portfolio in good shape and ready to withstand any and all challenges that 2018 will throw at them. 

With this in mind, we've cast our eye over the developments that we know will happen in 2018 along with some that are a little less concrete. We look at what these will probably mean for the industry and agencies of all shapes and sizes and come up with some predictions of our own.
