In August 2017, we asked property professionals to enter the Rental Repairs Survey and have their say on repairs and maintenance trends across the UK.  

With nearly 400 entries, we have been able to use this data to compile a UK-wide insight into the state of repair reporting and proactive property management throughout the UK private rented sector.  

To allow you to further compare your own processes and see how you stack up against industry averages, we have also dived into the past year’s data from the Fixflo system. Consisting of nearly 500,000 repairs in the UK, we have been able to identify the common trends and behaviour of repairs and maintenance management software users.
