Our first webinar of 2023, The future of block management: Assessing management agreements, leadership, and contractors, brings you the latest expert thinking on the issues shaping the sector:

  • Managing Agreements - are you asked by residents to do more than your contract indicates? Does doing everything for a flat rate work against professionalising the industry?
  • Leading and developing people - can you call personal development fluff if your team is essential to your success? What should the industry do to secure and nurture talent?
  • Contractors - how you can manage the shortage while you improve relationships?
