Build to Rent: How to Delight Residents When Things Go Wrong speakers

An insight-led debate on building maintenance and resident happiness

Fixflo and residential development review site, HomeViews co-hosted this webinar with a specialist panel to examine how repairs & maintenance shape the build to rent resident experience. Watch this on-demand webinar for actionable insights to revamp your property management strategy and regain residents' trust if something goes wrong.

Led by findings in 2021 National Build to Rent Report, HomeViews' latest report based on reviews submitted by residents, the panel debated what makes or breaks the resident experience when it comes to managing in-unit repairs and maintenance of the rest of the development. The esteemed panel also explored how much of a role design plays in the long-term maintenance of a building and what operators should do if they come across challenges posed by design issues.
