Matt has worked within Residential Environmental Health for the last 10 years at London Borough Councils. He has a wealth of experience in inner and outer London areas across a wide breadth of housing stock and tenure. Matt is also an advocate of proactive working, and sees HMO Licencing schemes very much as a positive tool to assist all parties of the PRS from Owners and Tenants to the professionals working in the sector.
