How does this work with my current property management software?
There are two versions of Fixflo.
If you have software that deals with works instruction and monitoring then Fixflo is for you.
Fixflo turns a tenant’s issue report into an email that is sent to you to be added to your existing system. This allows you to benefit from the detailed problem reporting, guided advice and responsibility notifications while continuing to use your existing systems.

If you don’t have existing software, Fixflo Plus is your complete works order system. With automated reminders for contractors, works tendering and allocation, and landlord and insurer approval processes, Fixflo Plus streamlines your complete repairs workflow.
What support do you provide?
We provide online support through the Fixflo help desk which is staffed in the UK.
Can I change the design of the Fixflo interface?
You can change the design of the Fixflo interface on a purely cosmetic level by adding your logo and contact information to the tenant repair reporting portal. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact our support team.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by direct debit or credit card via Stripe: you can download a template letter here or set up a direct debit from within your Fixflo system.
Can I access Fixflo on my smartphone?
Yes – you can access Fixflo via your internet browser on any smartphone. You may wish to add a shortcut to it on your home screen for easy access.
